1. General Information

The products sold in this online shop are produced and shipped by Printful, a print‑on‑demand fulfillment service. Taino Ink Tattoo & Barbershop manages the online shop, customer support, and all commercial policies.

2. Production & Shipping

All products are made to order. Production time is typically 2–7 business days. Shipping is handled directly by Printful from their international fulfillment centers. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in CHF. Payments are processed through Squarespace Commerce. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Because products are made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted for the following reasons: – Wrong size – Change of mind – Customer ordering error

Exceptions (Printful): Printful covers the following cases: – Damaged product – Printing defects – Production errors In these cases, a replacement or refund will be issued at no cost.

5. Incorrect Address

If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, any reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Customs & Import Taxes (Switzerland)

Orders shipped to Switzerland may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import fees according to Swiss law. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

All designs, logos, and artwork are the exclusive property of Taino Ink Tattoo & Barbershop. Any reproduction or commercial use without permission is strictly prohibited.
